Blocking a specific user
Hi, Is there a way to block a specific user from joining our zoom meeting even if we have REGISTRATION disabled?
When I say specific user, I mean a specific email address of a user, not a general email domain.

Hello Team,
I need to set some restrictions to the users which I share my recorded video, the users only need to view the recording they are not allowed to download or share the recording.
I was having trouble with Zoom calls shutting down my iPhone 13 due to overheating the phone, so yesterday I bought a brand new iPhone 15. Fully updated. Installed Zoom. Got on a Zoom call today and after 35 minutes the same thing happened and the phone had to cool down, which drops the meeting. Today I intentionally did not plug the phone into the charger while on the Zoom call since that seems to cause more heat. I also had the air conditioning going in my vehicle while on the call so that the ambient temperature was cool. I don't know what else to do. Thank you for any suggestions.

So, video and audio work well on my computer. But when I start Zoom, the quality of both automatically decreases. For example, when I share a video the rest of the participants hear the volume too low. Also, when I see the video someone else shares, I don't see it well and everything is blurred. Please, help.

Hello: I am running latest IOS on MacBook Air. Using Canvas and Zoom in side Canvas, but also often just use the separate Zoom APP on my Mac. For some reason, during classes, I simply cannot share files via the chat anymore. Why not? It used to work just fine. Drag and drop - no issues. Suddenly this is a problem. I have looked EVERYWHERE for an answer but find no advice and no setting adjustment that will fix the issue. Anyone who can help will be much appreciated since this is having an adverse effect on my classes now. Thank you

When sharing a video, users say the audio is somewhat degraded. When I turn my computer speakers off the users hear nothing. I therefore think that the audio output from my speakers is heard by the microphone and then sent to the users. So a poor microphone could be my issue. Is this thinking right ?

Hello, I can not view some drop-down menus when using zoom, which appear completely white or keep showing the background image on my screen. The same happens for the bar on top when sharing the screen, hence I am not able anymore to control the meeting (e.g. stop the sharing, opening the chat, etc...)

Hey legends, I've been using google calendar with Zoom extension for ages, but in the last week or so whenever I create an event in the calendar, a Zoom meeting is created in my Zoom account, even when I don't select 'Make it a Zoom meeting' (i.e. I might just have a reminder or block time that does not require a meeting). It seems to create the meeting in what I think must be GMT or a US timezone as opposed to my own as the meetings displays at 2am etc in Zoom account. Any idea what might be happening and how to resolve? Thanks!

My available cloud recording storage is almost full. How can I download them to my laptop?
Good Afternoon, One of my users explained to me that when creating a Zoom Meeting (Outlook for Mac) while replying to an email, the details of the meeting go to the very bottom of the thread. I realized that this can be very inconvenient especially if the email thread is long. I imagine that people would get confused to where the invite is since it wouldn't be the first thing they see, and it would be annoying having to scroll all the way to the bottom just to copy and paste it back to the top of the email. Is there some setting to have it populate at the top of the email thread? Or is there some fix to this? Thank you for your help in advance!
