Hi, I get a message when I try to start a meeting saying "The meeting does not support dial in or Call me to join. You cannot connect to the audio" Ive tried checking the setting in the app and web interface so that computer dial in and telephone is selected but still stuck. Im on latest version on Mac

If we want to give access to panelist to do a practice session without host. Is it possible. If yes then how to make it happen?
hi - I hosted a meeting last week, and one of the participants requested to record the meeting, and a pop-up came up requesting that I give permission to host the meeting. I accepted, and assumed they would get the meeting recording. They are asking for the recording now which I cannot see in my recordings list. So not sure how this works when someone else other than the host requests the meeting to be recorded, is the host supposed to be able to see this, or should it be available direct the participant? I have checked both cloud and local recordings and its not there. Appreciate any feedback or help on this!

My Zoom account belongs to a company, this company has cancelled the membership. I forgot to download an important webinar recording from the cloud with my account.
Can the admin reactivate my account only? Or can I remove my account from the assignment and once again upgrade it for a month? The company does not want to reactivate all accounts again, that would be too expensive.
Mein Zoom Account gehört zu einem Unternehmen, dieses hat die Mitgliedschaft gekündigt. Ich habe mit meinem Account vergessen, eine wichtige Webinar Aufzeichung aus der Cloud herunterzuladen.
Kann der Admin nur meinen Account wieder reaktivieren? Oder kann ich meinen Account aus der Zuordnung entfernen und nochmals ihn für einen Monat upgraden? Das Unternehmen möchte nicht alle Konten nochmals aktivieren, das wäre zu teuer.

I have tried on two laptops with windows 11. I bought Asus and then I returned thinking it was faulty due to the background music share problems / sound issues. I exchanged with Acer Aspire 5 and I still encounter the same problems. It's a shame I can't able to use my new laptop for meetings because of sound problems. I am fed up of this and I am thinking of leaving zoom. Can someone help? I asked the same question few months ago and wasn't helpful. Thank you.

Hi. My microphone doesn't work when I set a meeting from my Android smartphone. When I create a meeting on other devices, there is no problem. The Android mic. works. EG: I started a meeting on my PC and sent an invitation to myself by WhatsApp. I joined the meeting from my smartphone and everything worked fine. I checked the Settings on the Android smartphone and everything seems to be OK. The Zoom app has permission to use the microphone. I'm interested in creating meetings directly from the smartphone, without involving the PC, so the microphone will function as it should. How do I do that?

It appears in settings that you can only toggle recordings allowed for both host and invited or neither. Is their a way that I am missing to set for host only allowed to record?
I am having problems with the zoom program because it won't let me log in, it tells me that the certificate is not trusted, no matter what I do it won't let me log in, it just says that there is no network connection.
I would like to disable the waiting room once I start the meeting but when I go into "security" the "enable waiting room" toggle is not highlighted and I'm unable to change it.
