I'm setting up weekly recurring Zoom meetings and posting them on a calendar widget on my site. The first one is Monday Apr 8 at 7 PM, and was set up with that date and time and then made recurring. When someone registers for this meeting, obviously they'll get an automatic confirmation email that reminds them of the date and time of the meeting, 4/8/24 at 7 PM. However, a week later if someone registers for the Monday April 15 meeting recurrence though my site, I'm concerned that they'll get the same email confirmation that might still say 4/8/24 instead of 4/15/24. I can't find any info on this anywhere so far. Anybody have any idea? Thanks.

I am so frustrated. I did a recording and it didn't inform me that I needed a paid plan in order to access the recording. Not until after it finished processing and downloading, and after I google searched, that I learned you have to pay. I would have done a recording on my mac if I new this. Be careful, dont do a recording through Zoom unless you are sure it will record.

This has always worked on Zoom for me. Logged in today, and it says, "Virtual Background has been disabled, go to Meeting Settings". I went to meeting setting and enabled it, but I still receive the same message that it is disabled. Please help! (Pics attached)

Hello, Is it possible to schedule a recurring meeting with two types of access. Members have the direct zoom meeting information with url, phone contacts etc... The registration form is used for promoting the meeting across social media and web to captue contacts for new supporters (not yet members). I do not want to burden exciting members with a recurring registration process. Thanks Kacey

Most of the time, the 40" limit with Basic is more than sufficient to meet my needs. However, once a week I need 2-3 hours. I want the Basic as I have no use for the Add-Ons in the paid subscriptions. Can I subscribe to the Pro Option a bit before my 2-3 hour meeting starts and then sign out of Pro and return to Basic status, My thought is to fairly pay Zoom for the once a week longer meeting -- a user fee so to speak-- without locking myself into more options than I want.

I wasn't sure where to place this question so I put it here. I was just on a zoom call hosted by someone else. I asked via zoom for permission to record (I 1st asked her to hit her record) and the whole time it showed as recording. I went to my zoom account after to find the recording. It shows where my local files are stored (in onedrive) but the recording isn't there. I can't seem to find it anywhere on my computer. Olease help. It was an important meeting and I didn't take notes. Thanks,

I have planned two different Zoom meetings, same day and same hours, same host (one host) from my Zoom pro account.
Will I have a problem hosting the two different meetings simultaneously or do I need to add a second host for either of the seminars?
I see on your open source licensing page that you use software released with a few flavors of the GPL which says you will release the code you use and any derivative works as specified by the license. Where can these be obtained?
I'm having a problem running a Keynote presentation on my Macbook Air connected to my new Apple Studio Display The Presentation works fine with Screen Share, BUT on a couple of slides with embedded video it goes very jerky (the sound does work) When I unplug the Apple Studio Display and run the session just with the MacBook Air it all runs perfectly I have contacted Apple who are investigating (the display only came out on 18th March and am hoping it's just a minor patch needed), but also concerned it may be a Zoom issue with the new Apple display Has anyone else had this problem?
