Audio tab in settings and latest version tab missing in my settings
when I click on my zoom photo, click settings...no audio tab showing and no where do I see if I have latest version tab

How do I transfer the zoom recording on my computer or in zoom cloud to an external flashdrive?
For the past 3 weeks, we have gotten an emails "A meeting in your account has been running for 8 hour(s)". This meeting is started in the early morning (like 1 AM) and is started using the account for one of our Zoom Rooms. The zoom room does have the whole logitech device hooked up to it. There is no one in the office at that time to start a meeting. The meeting does not show up in any of the logs. Topic: Share now Meeting ID: xxx xxxx xxxx Host: Account associated with a Zoom Room Time: Jul 2, 2022 01:37 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada) Has anyone had this happen? or any idea what the cause is?

I used to be able to annotate when someone shared their screen with me. Has that feature been removed? I only see it now when I share my screen.
I signed in as the host, but was not notified when my attendee signed into the meeting so I could admit them. I received an email, but not a notification on the screen. This happened twice today. How can I prevent this from happening again?
I am having trouble joining meetings as a host although I have already been assigned as an alternative host. How do we fix this issue?
I have a meeting set up requiring registration that I sent out 25 invitation emails with registration links. 16 participants have been able to register so far. Several others have not been able to register. The error message they get is "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address. Sign up free." The email address they are trying to sign up with is the same email for their Zoom account and they are logged in to Zoom. There are multiple domains for the email addresses having a problem (comcast.net and hotmail.com). I have asked them to try different browsers and different email accounts, with no success. Does anyone have any ideas of what else I or they can try? Thanks, LauraJ

Hello, I was trying to show someone I supervise how to share sound without sharing screen (go to advanced options inside the share screen pop-up and select computer audio). But when she clicks Share Screen, there is no pop-up! Zoom just begins sharing her screen immediately. She has the most updated Zoom version. I know she has a Mac laptop, but I don't have more info about it. I have googled this to death, but not found anyone talking about the same issue. Thanks in advance for any guesses about this! - Holly
