Zoom doesn't work correctly on Windows 11. Bought a new laptop with this OS and now there's the problem with screen sharing

I use Zoom for meetings and lectures via browser on my laptop (Windows 10) . Something has changed since December because I can no longer see the screen other people are sharing. I can hear the sound if it's a video but otherwise it's just a black screen. I've tried resetting Zoom settings, restarting the computer and different browsers (Chrome, Edge) but nothing seems to work. I don't know what to do.

When I click on the link, the app opens, but the video preview doesn’t work with the button grey and not responding. I can open my own meeting and my video works perfectly and I have used other meetings and it also works perfectly. Any ideas?
I could not login to Zoom on my iPad today because there was a message saying I had to verify in my notifications on my other device where I use Zoom which is my desktop iMac.
But I could not find where the notifications are. Where are they on the desktop version of Zoom?
Why does Zoom periodically ask you to verify your account on a different device to login?
This is very annoying.

I am trying to get through listening to a two hour audio recorded meeting. It is saved to my local computer. It seems that it starts over every time I try to pause it. And there doesn't seem to be a way to control the speed, etc. I can't seem to locate Windows Media Player on my computer either, as that was suggested as a way to manage audio recordings. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, I'm a fiddle instructor and I host many Zoom classes. A new problem has come about recently that we've never encountered. It seems that when users are on a phone or iPad, I can hear them talk, but as soon as they play it cancels out the sound. Can this be remedied? Surely it can. Thanks, Katie

Having trouble when starting or joining a meeting and the audio won't work. When I hit join audio, it comes us with a bunch of phone numbers to call along with my meeting ID and Participant #. I have checked all my settings and nothing seems to be wrong. What can I do to restore my audio?

Please give me instructions if you can . Appreciated
HERE IS THE PROBLEM! Audio in a PPT played in ZOOM is broadcast through the presenter’s computer’s speaker. ZOOM always transmits the audio it picks up through its default microphone or the microphone you plug in to your audience, If there is a software switch that electrically connects the audio-out to the audio-in, there’s no way to get around this. If you manage to find a way to make the connection, than you CANNOT also speak “live” to your audience. I used to write complex systems and evolutionary applications in C++. However, I don’t know the inside outs of Zoom. I only use it as a participant in conferences, so I guess I’m using the application in Windows and not a systems developer kit. It appears that a participant can share his one screen image and only one audio stream. Maybe there’s a software method to feed the audio stream embedded in PPT directly into the audio stream destined for the sharing audience? Or maybe I could do it with hardware plug-ins if I knew the schematics of the PC’s interior (i.e. how the internal PC mike and speakers are connected to the external sockets for and ad-on mike and headphone). And maybe there’s a way to build a mixer? The problem is that the audio from the PPT is transduced to an air-gap and transduced back into a digital signal. It’s the air gap that causes the problem. Anyway, that’s the only explanation that makes sense. Do you have a better one? I’ll keep experimenting… Nick Gessler
From there the computer’s microphone picks it up and sends it to your audience.
The transmission of the audio through the air to the microphone kills the volume by 90%!
