Does anyone else have this problem? When I'm responding to a chat, in the middle of typing, something always interrupts my typing, and I have to physically click back into the chat box to keep typing. And it's gets annoying because sometimes, I have to click 5 or 6 times just to get one word typed. Also, I've noticed that when I go to pin someone's camera or select chat to chat with them personally, the cursor always gets deselected, and I have to click on pin or chat again and again just to select it. I don't know if its because people coming in and out of the room, or what. But is there a fix for this?

I am wondering how to send my Zoom ID and password for a meeting in enough time for people to enter. I can't send until 5 minutes before the meeting starts. If I don't get someone coming in within 10 minutes the ID becomes invalid. I am teaching with Zoom. I also volunteer with an organization in the US that sends the valid ID as much as a week ahead of meetings. The ID is still valid on the day of the Organization's meeting.

I have a Windows 11 Dell laptop. During Zoom meetings, the sound on my computer works fine. But the second a Zoom meeting ends, the sound on my computer stops working for both the built in speakers and external speakers. This happens every time. Troubleshooting sound problems does not fix the issue. My sound drivers are up to date. The only way I've found to fix this problem is to restart the computer. Since I often am going from one Zoom meeting straight to the next, restarting after every meeting is massively disruptive and inconvenient. Anyone else running into this issue? How do I fix it?

I have a 2019 iMac19,1 with 96 GB of memory. This computer worked flawlessly with Zoom for about 1 1/2 years, but now the FaceTime camera nearly always "freezes" in any and all conditions in Zoom meetings. I believe that this has only been a problem since the Monterey OS upgrade. I've done all the obvious things: I have shut down every other program running on the computer, so I only had Zoom and Mozilla Firefox running. Still, it's crashed - sometimes when I was the only person (the host) in the meeting! I've turned off Background and Filters plus "Optimize Video Quality with De-Noise" and "Use Hardware Accelleration..., too I have also done internet speed tests; I'm getting about 190-195 Mbps downloading and 5-6 Mbps uploading. Zoom support originally told me that this was due to heavy internet traffic, but their latest diagnosis is that this is caused by CPU usage spikes. However, I have concurrently monitored CPU usage while using Zoom, and the crashes don't correlate to this. Today I had the video crash about 1-2 seconds after I started my video; the total CPU usage was at about 12% when the video froze.

Using a macbook air and attempting to present my Google Slides in Chrome through Zoom and just have the other participants see the slides (and not the url bar at the top) using just a Macbook Air (no second screen) and I want to see speaker notes. Is this possible? I don't believe it is, from what I can tell.

I am a high school teacher and during exams I have to use focus mode, and students will screen share with me so I can check and make sure they do not cheat. I had a problem with audio during my last exam, I was trying to play an audio for the lsitening part of the exam, while we were in focus mode and they all were screen sharing with me, but when I started to share the screen and audio ( I had made sure to check the share sound ) they said they could not hear. They had to stop their screen sharing in order for me to share my screen and audio which after brought delays in them restarting the screen shairng. Is there anything I could have done so they wouldn't have to stop their screen sharing while I was sharing the audio file ? Thank you very much for your help.

Hi there. I need some help! I updated Zoom on my computer yesterday and I now get a voice notification for EVERYTHING I do. If I share my screen, stop sharing, if someone joins the Zoom meeting, if the other participant shares and stops sharing. It is very annoying, does not help IN THE LEAST and want to get rid of it, but haven't figured out how to do this yet. Checked the Accessibility section, but nothing. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
