I give talks on music over zoom each week, which include playing clips of music videos. Recently, whenever I play a music video, the audio is very distorted with a lot of interference, making it impossible for my participants to hear. Strangely, when I play the video on zoom when my participants are not present, the audio is fine. 

This week, I had to interrupt my talk twice by turning my laptop off and restarting. In the end, the videos were ok, but it seems to be unpredictable. Any ideas what's wrong?

I need support. When I invite people under the "Schedule Meeting" tab and submit all the emails of the people I am inviting, it tries to send the invitations through my laptop's app. However, it attempts to use an email account that I no longer use, and it defaults to Outlook. How can I change this?

A client told me today that they had to agree to have the session recorded before they could enter the meeting. I do not have my sessions set up to record in any way, shape or form as this could be a HIPAA concern. I am wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how can I correct this?  

I have a Mac computer and have no problem setting up or responding to zoom meetings except when one specific person zooms me and frequently my video and mute buttons are locked. I am unable to be seen or heard, but can hear and see the other party. I strongly suspect the problem is with the person zooming me. Any suggestions?

This was a video clip we took from a longer interview. Most people associate Teleprompters to recording a video but Beth here uses our teleprompter as a coach. Basically knowing that her script and thoughts are readily available while maintaining eye contact with her audience, gives her confidence when presenting.

Have had no issues until about 10 days ago. I use zoom for my psychology sessions so I need it to be reliable. Recently, every time I use it I have found it will freeze and drop out 2-3 times in one hour meeting. Happening every time I use now. I have run a broadband speed test when it drops out and wifi does not seem to be the issue. If I continue my call on same device with Whats app video it works fine. I have tried uninstalling but this has made no difference. Any ideas? I am at the point I need to move to another platform because of this issue. 

Running Win11 with all updates installed.

I have my Windows taskbar configured to AutoHide - ie it slides up from the bottom of the screen when the cursor is moved over it.

Since the update to ZOOM v6.x - currently v6.0.0 (37205) - when I have the Workplace window maximised (not in Full Screen mode) the Windows Taskbar does not appear.  It is overridden by ZOOM and stays hidden.  If I take the Workplace window out of Maximised then the Taskbar slides into visibility as normal.

This has only happened since v6.x

I only boot into Win11 to use ZOOM.  My main OS is Linux but the desktop app is crap with regard to support for playing live music on ZOOM, so I dual boot.  Basically my Win11 is a vanilla install with just ZOOM and Firefox installed.

I raised a ticket with Support and they say they cannot duplicate it. 

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour since v6.x?

Dear Zoom Support Team, I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue we are facing with the Zoom Web SDK Client View. We have integrated the Zoom Web SDK into our web application to enable video conferencing capabilities for our users. However, we are encountering an “Invalid Signature” error when attempting to join a meeting using the generated signature. We have followed the documentation and guidelines provided by Zoom, but we are unable to resolve this issue on our own.
