This is a matter of current interest because my husband is not a licensed ZOOM user. He just keeps the basic free account which, I recently discovered, does not work. He gets the audio channel in a ZOOM meeting but his cameral, although on, transmits just a black image to the screen and meeting host. I keep a personal paid ZOOM account and have confirmed this by inviting him to my meeting room. I do not know whether software for the hearing aids has conscripted a channel that might otherwise have been used for the image.  Have had no success in the attempt to discover if two users, specifically my husband and I can share one licensed account, I thought I might be able to add him to that as a basic user to see if using a different ZOOM account made a difference, although I suspect it may not.   I loath to purchase another license with significant risk that it still may not work. I should also mention that the intended function for his ZOOM use is medical appointments.

I just fot zoom updated to 5.17.34827 and now when I'm sharing the screen a new window with my camera appears, as usual, but if I minimize that window it won't appear as a smaller floating window as it used to. Is there anyway to activate it back without rolling back to the previous version?

I have never had trouble with how Zoom has displayed on Win11,  Today the Speaker view is perfect.  At that point the gallery view...little squares running across the top...is fine.  However, in Gallery View results in a very strange display...a vertical line of  about 5 distorted and truncated rectangles.  Impossible to tell if it is multiple rectangles of same participant or different participants.  Only top half of each is shown and it is very distorted.  HELP

Could you help me with the registering options for meetings?

In the past, we could ask people several questions  from the Registration area/ Questions and you vould select informaiutons such as Phone number, Industry, Organizations. I can't find the options any more afteselecting them this morning. Do you have any idea why?

Wondering if i can ask for some help. I'm having issues sharing my playlist to a Zoom class.

I use the Share, advanced Share, share sound only option and it pops up to show the toolbar that the sound is being shared but none of my students can hear it.

I've started sharing the playlist in advance of class but having it play during class on Zoom would be way more beneficial to me for timing etc.. 

Can anyone help please.

Over the past few month audio issues have increased. In my personal meeting room, with some of my clients we can never hear each other even though if they do an audio test on their side and I on my side both audio tests work fine. 

Up to not at least it worked when me moved to another meeting room within my zoom account. However, now I have also had issues in other rooms.

This used to happen very occasionally, however, now I feel (I do not have the exact numbers) like in 2 out of 10 meetings we have sound issues.

My work and income depend on the audio working in zoom. Any ideas of what I can do to solve this issue?

PS: I am using the desktop version of zoom. I always make sure my account is updated. This issue has started occurring a few month ago, I havent had this issue during the last years and I am a frequent user of zoom. I have a pro account.

The cloud recordings has stated that I use 111% of the storage and need to delete some of my files in the cloud storage.
However I cannot see any file in the recording management page.

Does anyone have the same issue before and can provide a solution ? thanks
