Zoom regularly kills my Magic Keyboard on my iPad Pro.

 

I use Zoom about 4 times a week.  I also use either Google Docs, Notes, Messages simultaneously to create documents, letters, notes, and texts.  

 

However, almost every time I use Zoom my Keyboard will become unresponsive and I am unable to use Google Docs, Notes, Messages, etc.  This makes multitasking impossible.  And it makes my iPad Pro the worst “laptop” I’ve ever owned.

 

The only way to fix it is to restart my iPad and re-join the meeting and hope that Zoom won’t freeze my keyboard up again. Seriously uncool. 

 

I’ve contacted Apple about this but I’m convinced Zoom is the real culprit as my keyboard doesn’t crash on any other app.

zoomで会議を始めて、5分くらいでマイクが機能しなくなります。ただ、マイクのメニューで「外付けマイク」と「システムと同じ」を1~2回程度切り替えると、またマイクが使えるようになります。マイクが使えなくなると、zoomのオーディオ設定画面でもマイクは反応しませんが、windowsのサウンド設定画面ではマイクは反応しているようです。なおGoogle Meetでは、同様の症状は起きないので、zoomのみで発生しています。アプリを再インストールしたり、パソコンを再起動しても改善しませんでした。どうした... Show more

I thought it was a good idea to enforce updates for our community of 1000+ members but it turns out that the latest version is not available globally. Specifically, the latest version of the Android client is 5.16.5, but some users cannot join our meetings. The latest version available in the Play store for them is 5.16.2. The only way to provide them with a way to join our meetings is to lower the enforced version down to 5.16.2, but it will be annoying tracking the updates so as to keep changing these settings. This seems like a rather unprofessional oversight by Zoom. 

 

Has anyone had a similar issue and/or does anyone have a suggestion for how to deal with it?

Prevent previous messages sent in Zoom meetings to pop up in future meetings

1. How to delete all messages sent by participants in previous Zoom meetings, without leaving the message "You deleted a message" ?

Hello Community

Unfortunately I joined Zoom Pro today to record a meeting, but I am unable to view this recording. I recorded to the cloud and the recording is stored, but I cannot view it and am getting the error message:

"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"
I have tried all suggested solutions online (disabling adblocker, restarting Mac, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, updating Chrome, opening from Safari, deleting history, cookies and cache)
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this was a personally important recording.

I use a Mac, FYI.

but when one speaker shares the screen, only 1 speaker's video is visible in the corner and it changes according to who speaks. I want to show 2 speakers at the top corner. Are there other settings available at Zoom end to satisfy my requirement?

I created a meeting through my google calendar and had a zoom meeting link added. I then invited the participants, most of whom have already responded as to whether they are attending or not. Can I go into zoom and now change this meeting to have registration required or will that mess things up for those who have already been invited via google?
