hi, i have been using recording function for my meetings. we are in Hong Kong and we use Cantonese during the meeting, but found that the system cannot transcript Cantonese, so the transcripts were very strange and could not be used . But to my surprise, I found that the transcript for my meeting today is in Cantonese. I am very glad about this. but when I opened the old recorded files, the transcripts were still not in Cantonese languages. in this connection, i would like to know 1. If Cantonese transcript is a new feature available now? 2. Any chance I can turn my past recordings into Cantonese transcripts as well? Thank you.

Zoom updated yesterday and now all of my contacts have disappeared.
Why? How do I get them back? I need them.
I used to be able to record zoom meetings by capturing the audio of my microphone AND internal audio of my mac so that I can hear participants when playing back the recordings. However, since my Mac updated, it has stopped doing that. I have some audio settings in place on my Mac from MIDI Setup which allows me to record both internal and external audio. Works fine on other software such as Loom and Quicktime so I know the problem lies within Zoom audio settings somewhere. I've tried nearly every combination of audio settings but still no luck. It would be much easier to explain on a screen share. Please can someone help me with this! Thanks in advance, Evan.

Since the update to version 6.0.0, the function to share computer audio when screen sharing doesn't appear to be working. I'm checking the box to "share sound" before choosing to share my screen, but the participants still can't hear the audio. Is it broken? Is there a new hidden setting that I'm missing? I know of two other people who have experienced the same problem in the last 3 days.

Device type: Windows Zoom app version : 5.17.0 Error Code: None whenever I logged into zoom meeting, when an email drops into my inbox, I lose all audio on the call. We then have to log out and back in to re-establish the audio. Please let me know if this is an ongoing issue with zoom. Please provide me few troubleshooting steps as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I use Zoom frequently (4-5 times per week). On my reoccurring calls, my teammates have informed me that my audio cuts out 1-2 seconds at a time several times per meeting. It has been very frustrating. I uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, but to no avail. I am using a Dell XPS, Bose NC700 wireless headphones, thunderbolt dock with two monitors, Nexigo external Video Cam. My wifi appears stable at 300mbps. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It has been difficult to pinpoint exactly when this audio issue occurs but for reference, we do a lot of screensharing on our calls.

I would like to send reminders to registrants of a meeting with registration
If I send the link, they have to register again.
It is without tags/not personalized like in a webinar, or like the confirmation e-mail.
We have a few clients affected by the Microsoft noted issue of Zoom meetings going black after a short while. Microsoft states it is a Zoom issue. Is this accurate, and if so, is there an ETA on a resolution?
