I have recently added a second (larger) display to be able to view the participants in zoom meetings, as my MacBook Air screen is too small to see all participants clearly in meetings of more than 9 people.

So far, so good, once you figure out how to show all the participants on the second monitor - for some reason it defaults to only show my self view on the second display. I can drag the main Zoom window across to the other screen, which also moves the controls across - annoying, but at least it works.

The challenge comes when I try to screen share a Keynote presentation.  For some reason the Keynote shows up in full screen on the second monitor, and there is no way to reduce the size of it and still show the participants next to the shared content, as it would be possible if I were a participant and the host shared their screen. There are no controls available anywhere on either screen while the screen share is active, except to close the Keynote presentation. 

I don't know if this is due to settings within Zoom; within Keynote or within the Mac OS. It's a 2020 MacBook Air running on the latest OS 14.3 with all app updates done and Zoom kept up to date. The additional monitor is a 2020 Dell which works fine otherwise.

Has anyone found a workaround or the correct settings to solve this issue? Or is this something that needs to be added in a future Zoom update? 

４月に入った頃から、ピアノやエレクトーンが相手に聞こえなくなりました。zoomの設定のオーディオは、「ミュージシャン用のオリジナルサウンド」をチェックしています（これはかなり前から設定しています）。

３月までは特に問題なく利用できました。 環境はMacBook Pro（2017）にヤマハのAG06を接続し、音声はSHUREのWH20、楽器の音はエレクトーンからシールドでAG06の3 4のL モノ側に繋いでいます。

SHUREの音声は以前と同様に拾ってくれますが、エレクトーンは聞こえなくなりました。 また、AGにSHUREの58を繋いでピアノとエレクトーンを鳴らしてみても、相手には聞こえませんでした。

やったことは、

・マシンを交換（MacBook Airに変えてみましたが変わりませんでした）

・AGを別のインターフェイス（zoom　U24）に変えてみましたが変わりませんでした

・シールドを交換（エレクトーンとAGを繋ぐシールドを変えてみましたが変化なしでした）

・USBケーブルを交換（MacBookとAGを繋ぐケーブルを変えてもダメでした）

また、zoom以外の会議システムを試してみたところ、エレクトーンの音は普通に聞こえました。

そこから、可能性としてはzoom自体に問題があることが考えられると思いますが、原因は特定できません。もし原因や対策をご存じであれば、ご教授をお願いします。

Soon after joining a meeting, zoom freezes then closes. Then reopens on its own . No error messages. For a while, if I rebooted it would fix the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I've seen references to a zoomclean file but the links don't work. How do I get this file? This is android.

I set up the recurring meeting from my desk top and send invites to enrollees. Later in the month, i'm on the road and access the meeting from my phone.  Participants get "host is in another meeting" message and that destroys attendance. 

What settings do i use to enable access from my desk top or my phone?

we just tested with collegues  Zoom by joining a meeting with breakout rooms. All collegues with the Zoom-App managed to get in without problems, these who logged by website (without App) coundn't do anything (they neither saw a button "join" nor they joined automaticly. We need this funktion as we don't want our guest force to install the app but give them choice.

Please write if you habe the same problem and how you solve it.

Ich möchte, dass meine Kunden den Zoom Link auf dem Smartphone öffnen können ohne die Zoom App installieren zu müssen.

Wenn ich es versuche, wird mir jedoch die Funktion "mit ihrem Browser anmelden" nur am Laptop angezeigt jedoch nicht auf dem Smartphone. Auf dem Smartphone (Android, Google Chrome Browser) werde ich darauf verwiesen die App herunterzuladen.

Ist dies normal oder habt ihr eine Idee, wie ich dieses Problem beheben kann?
