I have a recurring meeting that I have run for several weeks now. The meetings work fine, but I cannot seem to get automatic notifications sent to the invite list so I end up sending a reminder email from my gmail. I tried to create an Alert and also to set up a Group but could not. I don't know if it's the type of account I have, Zoom Pro. Is there a way to create automatic notifications for the invitees a few days and hours in advance of each meeting? 

I attended a meeting once where the host had her screen on auto spotlight / pinned. There was no way for anyone to see another screen, just the host, but we knew others were there from the chat and participant menus. 

So I looked at how to do this for myself and can't find it in settings or in searches online and customer support provided nothing on this topic. 

Does anyone have experience with this and know the proper settings?

When doing in-person/virtual presentations via Zoom and hide the zoom floating control panel, the clicker for the computer to advance the slides doesn't work. However, when the floating computer panel is showing, it does work. Any fix for this other than not hiding the control panel? 

I have done quite a number of zoom live streams into my facebook group. But two days ago the drop down to choose where on facebook did not have Group as an option any longer. 

Only option is on facebook timeline. 

Has any updates been done so I need to change settings?
