Hi, I've hosted many meetings with Zoom on my iPad and today when I went to share a photo with "share content" I can usually use the highlighter to point out what I'm talking about, the tool bar didn't show. I tried touching the screen in the left hand corner and no luck. Then I tried every corner. Has anyone had this problem? Do you know a fix? I did notice my menu was on the lower part of my screen and it's usually on the top. It shouldn't have covered anything though. It shows up on my phone so I don't think it's a setting error. I do have annotate on. Thank you, for your time.

Hello, we have a business account and have used it to host our courses since 2020. Today for the first time, guests in a recurring meeting were joining the session that was already opened by the host with guests inside... but some of the guests who were joining the same meeting were stuck in the waiting room and the host could not see them. has this ever happened to someone?
We ended up creating a new session in a different account so everybody could join.

Can Zoom explain why after scheduling a meeting and adding the emails of those to be invited, no emails are sent?
Hi, I'm using Zoom on Ubuntu Linux. I just updated to the latest version, but in this version, the minimised video window can no longer stay on top of other windows. This changed from the previous version I was using - I could keep the small video window on top of other windows, which I found very very useful. OS: Ubuntu Linux 22.04 LTS Zoom version: 5.17.11 (3835) I tried to find a relevant setting but couldn't. Can we bring this feature back please? Thank you.

Hi, got a new laptop. All the new specs. Intel Ultra Core 9 process. 4070 Nvidia card etc. But... Virtual background without greenscreen is not working. (fyi, Teams / Google meets virtual backgrounds both work perfect). Function is turned on in web zoom settings. Help Thanks

I've been asked to setup a way that my sales teams managers can view all their demo recordings that are currently stored in Cloud Recordings. In my mind because we use Salesforce the ideal way to do this would be to get the cloud recordings (or their respective links) into Salesforce associated to the event that are driving them. It doesn't seem like the Zoom <-> Salesforce integration provides this feature (although I'm not seeing much documentation, so I could be mistaken). So I'm looking for thoughts or suggestions on how to accomplish this, or I'm open to other ways to open access of one Zoom groups recordings to another Zoom group. Thanks!

I have customized my account and meeting authentication settings so participants must be signed in to account associated with invited email and register on the registrant invite. I have a meeting created on 7/1 that recurs daily until August 31. However, as of 7/4, when trying to register a participant, I get an error saying "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address." I think it may have to do with the "close registration after meeting date" setting, but I do not have an Why is this happening and how can I avoid this? I have attached my registration settings. Thanks!
