background won't go away

First post here, thanks in advance. Posting for my wife.

She has a Lenovo laptop running windows 11. After a weekly zoom meeting this evening there is a phantom zoom background flickering on the laptop screen. It is a phantom with the windows from all of the others in the group. It is there when windows is going thru startup too, even as the BIOS starts.

I am calling the "background" the screen with all of the windows of the others in the group. Not just the background for her space. I don't know all of the zoom terms.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, and shutdown and restarted the laptop.

Uninstalled graphics devices in Device Manager, shutdown and restarted the laptop.

Tried the win+ctrl+shift+b graphics reset shortcut, and shutdown and restarted the laptop.

Thanks for any help.
