I purchased brand new Dell Vostro 3510 which initially had Windows 11 installed in it..
The laptop specs are Dell Vostro 3510
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.74 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
I'm constantly facing issues in zoom audio as the user at the other end is not able to hear me properly and seamlessly..
I later downgraded it from Windows 11 to Windows 10, thinking that it might be incompatible with windows 11, however the issue is still not resolved .
FYI= all basic troubleshooting is already done and the Dell customer support said that they can't help me out as it isn't any hardware issue , had there been any hardware issue, it would have been creating problems in all other apps too, like Skype and Google meet, which are perfectly working.
Any sort of assistance can be really helpful. Thank you in advance!
