My zoom app crashes when I'm trying to join a meeting with video in the waiting room. It works perfectly fine if I join a meeting without video enabled in the waiting room, it also works fine when I join through the browser. I already tried updating the app, my OS and tried also reinstalling Zoom.
Please do help.

hmm I wonder if this is my issue too. Next time I will join without video and see if that makes a difference.

Yep, happening to me right now, speaking from year 2025! I'd rather not see the preload video and be able to enter the meeting rather than have Zoom crash out. Fortunately the web app doesn't seem to have the same issue or I'd be sunk.

Good day Mark. Thank you for responding. The issue mitigated when setting Zoom to use the Intel integrated display adapter instead of the NVidia RTX 1000 adapter. So it's working! Thank you.
