Zoom am I being tracked by administrators

I was wondering when I’m invited to a zoom meeting and I go and join the meeting can the administrators of the zoom whoever’s holding the event online can they trace my location via my IP address?

I don't know about Zoom events, but if it's a meeting or webinar, they can see the provider's public IP.
However, this makes it difficult to track your location.
For example, if you are in Nagoya, but your provider's Internet outlet is in Tokyo, it will show that you are connecting from Tokyo.

Your IP address will generally identify you to your local town, or a nearby town.

You check this at https://www.iplocation.net/ and look at "IP Location".
