Hello,
my video shows fine in the app but it will not show it for others. If I use the browser everything works perfectly fine. I tried to deactivate my antivirussoftware and firewall. I add exceptions in the firewall. I reinstalled zoom and tried an older version. I checked the windows privacy setting.
If I share my screen or show my camera, it will show it to me like it works perfectly fine, but at the other end no one can see it. It is just black or not there. I went into statistics and the outgoing data is either not there or showing 90+% packet loss.
I tried everything, but still couldn't find a solution. Everything works fine when using a browser. Does anyone have an idea?
