Zoom R16 disconnecting and reconnecting on Windows 11

Hi,

I've just updated to Windows 11 and now the USB connection between my R16 and laptop keeps connecting and reconnecting. I've turned off USB power management etc, but still no luck. It will eventually connect after 5 mins, but also won't work as a mackie controller in cubase.

Any help would be greatly recieved.

 I have the same problem.  Zoom r16/r24 drivers don't work in windows 11 and Dang it. I switch the r24 to interface mode and in device manager it shows up in as other devices. It states:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

I go to Zoom and get: R16_R24_Driver_Win_v2.2_E.zip and install it.

Now the r/16 driver disappears from device manager with these clicking sounds like it is trying to connect but can't. You can literally see the device manager program trying to refresh in a constant loop.

That's true.

You can see in Device Manager the R16 connecting and disconnecting twice per second. It's awful.

I tried to contact Zoom support, but no luck yet (and I have no hope).
