Virtual Background not possible

A few users at our company are having the problem, that they can't use their own virtual backgrounds.

If you try to  chose one of your own backgrounds, you can choose it in the Windows Explorer and the windows closes like it should. But the Picture doesnt exist in the Zoom settings.

 

The same picture is possible to assign at other Laptops.

 

Also they have the problem, that they have to reassign every time they close Zoom.

    There's an option on the web portal in the account settings to Reset virtual backgrounds to default for users after each meeting. 

    So you may want to talk to the account admin / owner for that.

    I am the account admin.

    The setting is not active.

     

    Only a few persons have these problem, they are all in the same group and have all the same settings.
