Video Filters

I paid to become a Pro member because I wanted to use the video filters for my Pro account, and I enabled the feature on my account via the web, but it hasn't shown in the desktop client. Where can I make sure that shows up on my desktop client? My version is 6.0.0.

I completely agree! I pay $160 a year and used the video filters every day until today. I purchased a new computer from HP and there are no video filters showing up. This is my personal computer, I am the admin, I have loaded and reloaded, used the Zoom Workplace, signed into a zoom meeting I set for next week, signed into one set for today, no video filters showing. What is Zoom doing about this? I know it is not my area as I ahd video filters yesterday and for the last few years with no problem even changing computers. I am very frustrated as the advice is very rudimentary and not helpful at all. I cannot get voice support because I don't have a corporate account and was advised to use chat which just told me to be sure it was turned on. Come on Zoom! Someone with some knowledge please answer! SO frustrating! i am considering moving to Teams with all my clients and students.
