Users can't send chat message to individuals (only to the whole group)

Hello

I'm trying to work out how, as host, I can enable people in the meeting to send private chat messages between themselves. I've clicked the drop down menu in chat but the option doesn't seem to be there. Do I need to pay monthly to aces this feature?

Check your settings in Personal -> Settings -> Meeting and in the In Meeting (Basic) area, look for this:

If this switch is set (blue with white dot to the right), then also check this setting in your meeting:

I don't believe this setting is affected by type of account.
