Hi Zoom Community,
I am unable to join or start Zoom meetings from my desktop client (Windows OS). This started randomly, I've been using zoom on this same PC for years. I've tried uninstalling (via windows tool and via CleanZoom) multiple times, and reinstalling, no luck. I met with an internal IT person at my company, and we checked my drivers and app versions. I can confirm that all drivers, firmware, BIOS, and application versions of my PC are up-to-date as well as my Zoom desktop client. Still no luck. It is noted that I've opened a Zoom support ticket (#12762305), haven't heard anything yet.
See below for GIF of what I'm seeing on my end.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
