The popup window "Breakout rooms will close in ... seconds" is missing ...

Hi,

I am a host of a regular meeting.  Some of my team members complain that they don't see the popup window showing "Breakout rooms will close in ... seconds" when a breakout meeting is ended.  I use my own devices and cell phones to test the scenario and I DO see the popup window without a problem.   Is it possible that such team members do not have a right version of Zoom?  They told me that they used to see the popup window.

Below is my setting for the breakout rooms.  Do you know what the problem is?  I want every member to see the popup window with a countdown message. 

My zoom is version 5.15.7 (20303).  I run it in my Windows 11 machine.  I think most of my team members run Windows.

By the way, I use a paid, private account (neither free nor corporation). I have been conducting weekly 2-3 meetings for 3 years.
