Stop auto recording

I would like to record myself for a presentation.  However, the record to cloud function automatically starts whenever I start a new meeting. I have turned off every automatic record feature I can find and it still starts recording automatically. I have gone through the steps listed in the tutorials and step by step instructions. I want to be able to stop and start recording or pause on the zoom screen and I don't see that icon. What am I missing?

You can disable the "automatic cloud recording" feature from your account management settings. I recommend not closing the lock so that you can always re-enable it at the user level when you need it. I attach a screenshot.
