Screenshare greyed out on Macbook Air, running OS Big Sur 11.7.4, same on ipad.

Hi!  I've read every post I can find to sort this out and nothing works.  I think this is an issue with my zoom account rather than the device as it's the same on my macbook air and on my ipad.  

Anyone know how I can enable screensharing?

Thanks so much for the reply Frank,  I've signed in to the zoom web portal but it says 'no permission'.  Is there a particular way to 'sign in as an administrator with the privilege to edit account settings'?
