Screen share

This weekend I had a Zoom meeting and while screen sharing a video the video took extremely long to load and when it did load the quality wasn't good.

Click Share Screen located in your meeting controls. 
Select the screen you want to share.
In the bottom-left corner of the share window, select Optimize for video clip.
Click Share to begin sharing.
