Recover cloud recordings from deleted accounts

I deleted two accounts and apparently all of theirs recordings went along. When I click the recording link it shows error (3 301). I've tried to retriver the recordings from the trash, but it says that the bin is empty.

Anyone knows how I could retrieve those recordings or if there's any platform that would be able to recover something like this?

You’ll need to submit a Support Ticket to Zoom fit this;

 

Support Ticket entry: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

 

Be sure to include as much info as possible, including email addresses of the affected accounts, and whose account you would like the recovered recordings assigned to. 

I’m not 109% sure they can do this, but I think it’s possible.

i deleted one record session and i empty the trash , how i can recover the deleted session ?

If you emptied the trash, it’s gone. If you “deleted” it from the list of available recordings, it should be in the trash, and therefore recoverable.
