Problem with proxy on W11

I have a problem with my new PC under Windows 11, I can't connect to Zoom with SSO, with wifi it's ok, with ethernet and proxy it's impossible.

Thank you Eric, however I do not believe that it is the rules of the firewall which are to be re-examined because Zoom functions very well on all the PC except on this one which is windows 11!?

can windows 11 access internet ? and try to close windows firewall function or any other block software, if both steps you already try , i suggest to capture package by wire shark to see which session or connection is time out .

Yes internet works with Firefox or Edge, everything is ok on this PC.
The zoom message is very simple, "I can't connect to the network", but the network is ok!

Zoom is ok with wifi 🙂
Zoom is down with Ethernet and proxy 😞
