Portrait Filter

When the new upgrades got loaded I choose to have a "portrait" type of filter added to my camera view.  It's like the blurred background but not as intense.  I'd like to turn that off but I don't know where to do it.  Any suggestions?

Same issue over here. There is a soft background blur, more like a camera out of focus. Cannot find the way to turn it off.

Totally annoying.  I have spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get risk of this awful feature
