It says you cannot join the meeting because the host's account is limited, error code 13215.

This is a result of our system detecting that you may be attempting to access Zoom services from a restricted region. You can request an exception to this geoblocking if you believe the error is being received in error. You will need to reach out to Zoom Support for further analysis and investigation.
