Outlook plug-in (version 5.15.5) Scheduling Issues

I am currently having issues with rescheduling certain recurring meetings with the Zoom plug-in for Outlook. When rescheduling, I receive the error code "3000". I have also tried canceling the meeting and creating the new one, but when I do that, I receive the error code "4502". This only happens for certain meetings; I was able to reschedule another meeting in my calendar. I am currently on the latest version of Zoom (5.16.6 (24712)).

I have a user that is getting this same issue. Does anyone know how to fix it?

i also have a user who is a scheduling delegate who is seeing the same thing when trying to adjust meetings. Zoom support unfortunately is slow walking my case...
