Meeting capacity

We are using the pro version of zoom service for the company called The Bridge.
I'd like to open a meeting room with more than 300 people for just one day. 
Please explain how we can proceed.

To host more participants than your default meeting capacity, you would need to purchase a Large Meeting Add-on. This article has details on how to purchase an add-on: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207597883-Upgrading-your-account-and-add-ons

Once that add-on is purchased, it will need to be assigned to your profile, so that your meetings' maximum capacity is upgraded. This article has details on how to assign that license: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004976063-Assigning-a-license

Once the add-on is purchased and assigned to your, any meetings you have scheduled and are hosting (including already scheduled meetings) will be upgraded to the new higher limit. 

Just be sure to cancel the add-on once you are done, so that it doesn't auto-renew.
