Mac laptop continually crashes during Zoom calls

Hi,

I am using a Mac laptop with the newest OS - Ventura for my Zoom calls.  I don't seem to have issues while listening and watching the call.  However, as soon as I begin sharing my screen or even just speaking, my Zoom freezes and my computer crashes.  In fact, I can't do anything on my laptop until I restart it.  I've tried everything in the support documents and sadly, I haven't had any resolution.

Suggestions?

Is your problem solved? I also encountered a similar problem.

I am still experiencing the issue.  Although I have now realized that it's not just Zoom...it's ALL virtual platforms!
