Low fps whenever the host opens camera or shares his screen

I have been experiencing a problem these past 3 weeks where whenever the host shares the screen the fps drops down to 1 or 2 even when I have a good and stable internet connection and low cpu and memory usage ( I checked it from the statistics tab in zoom app ) and have the latest zoom version and have my windows 11 up to date and I close all the apps and google chrome tabs when I am in the meeting to minimize the cpu usage as well. So I don't know what the problem is.

Most likely the host did not select "optimize for video clip" before or after sharing if the share is a video. If the share is just graphics on the screen then the screen share is optimized by default to be the screens resolution (i.e. a 4K screen will show a 3840 x 2160 resolution, a 1080 screen 1920x1080).
