I don't understand why it's so hard to get help on zoom.
I was trying to log into a meeting that I signed up for, but no matter what I kept facing the issue that I was already logged in on another device when that wasn't the case.
I cleared my cache on my phone and laptop browsers and shut them both off for 5 minutes. They both still didn't work and only showed something when the meeting was over.
What is wrong?
I'm also facing trouble with getting help and reporting this problem.

If you are seeing a message like the following on laptop or desktop then you are already running a meeting. If you are seeing a different message then please post a screenshot of the message. If you are using a browser then it is actually possible to join 2 different meetings at the same time.

I actually came across this error when trying to join a live.
I cleared both devices’ browser and cache, turned off both devices for a few minutes and turned them on.
I logged out and signed in.
Yet I still came across the same error.

Also, how do I send images?
I'm trying to send an image, but I keep facing an error that states I need permission.
Do I need to be an admin?

This is the error I came across.
I cleared my browser history and cache for both devices, shut both of them off for a few minutes, and turned them back on.
I still faced the same error.

Yes, your image is posted. It indicates that you have the meeting "signed in" on another device. Remember that when you want to JOIN a meeting you do NOT login you select "join a meeting" rather than selecting "sign in". The only time you would "sign in" to join a meeting is when the meeting requires authentication.
