In-meeting messages and files

I've been searching for an API or SDK that enables sending in-meeting messages or sharing files during active meetings (where the meeting has started and users have joined).

I want to send a message on behalf of one of the joined users, but I couldn't find any endpoint or capability that supports this.

Is this feature unsupported?

Is there an alternative workaround (other than regular chat messages or persistent meeting chat)?
