Known Issue: Zoom is aware of Scheduling issues related to Microsoft Azure, but is not directly impacted and your previously scheduled meetings and webinars are still available:

Steps to join or launch a new meeting:
1) Login to your Zoom Account
2a) From the Zoom client, Select Profile, then Meetings or Webinars
2b) From the Web, Select 'Meetings' to see your scheduled events
3) Locate upcoming meeting, select 'Start", copy and provide the meeting ID to meeting participants, or schedule a new meeting.

How can i host a meeting with cloud room connector via Polycom Group 500?

I have purchased both zoom rooms and cloud room connectors. I have installed the API. Since group 500 doesn't natively support zoom, i still get the same screen as before. I have tried to manually call personal meeting ID, i have tried to use hash tag and add the meeting key etc. but nothing works. 

 

When i check room management > Cisco/Polycom Rooms my status is connected and IP address is local IP. Provision status is Provisioned and SIP status is Registered(zoom). Everything seems to be ok.

 

I can not start a meeting neither i can receive a call. Only thing I haven't set up yet is the calendar because we are using yandex and it is not on the list. 

 

Do you have any documentation or suggestion that i can follow?
