Hosting Problems

I recently updated and since then when I'm hosting a meeting on our group's account about 50-55 minutes in I  lose all my controls, cant see participant names on those who have their video on, cant see names or anything on those who have video off (they just appear as a black square) cant send or receive chat, cant see names of participants listed under participants button, can't even exit the meeting as that control is gone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, same thing. This does NOT happen when I'm just a participant and not the host! any ideas?? This recurring meeting is not scheduled in my account but our group's account. I am running Windows 10 Version 21H1for x64-based Systems

    I know it has been a while since you initially posted, I apologize for the delay. Are you still having this issue?

    The problem disappeared when I quit turning on live transcript when hosting. Is there something else I should do?
