Even when I create gmail calendar zoom call event - it does acknowledge me as the host

This is via my laptop.

I've logged out and logged back in to Zoom multiple times. 

I've scheduled a half dozen different Zoom meetings - by simply clicking the icon - via my gmail calendar.

Every time it states that I "need to wait for my host" to start the meeting.
