Greetings,

 

I tried to join a meeting, but I got an error message saying "Account is not paid. (2,015)". What does this mean?

May I confirm that you are using this email address while trying to join the meeting? Your license email address with Zoom  

Please try to join by typing in the meeting ID from the Zoom desktop client if you reencounter this error.
Or try to clear the cache before clicking the link to join the meeting.

No its nit cos she's not signed in cos i have the same error code
