EMAIL Switching! QUICK help! :)


Hi All! I just got my business email set up so want to switch my paid-for Zoom account over to my business email so it's associated with it and everything is streamlined. Both my personal and work emails are Google emails so I think should be fine but I can't figure out how to do it and support didn't help! Does anyone know how to do this?! Thank you SO MUCH!

I had to ask some other Zoom Community members for an easy way... I knew a way, but it was many convoluted steps.  Thanks to @Ohkawa  for his quick reply to my request!


Go to your Profile menu at,  Scroll down to the Sign In section.  To the right Sign-In Email, click Edit.  Fill in the new email address and your current password (and possibly a CAPTCHA request).  Follow the instructions, and if you complete the steps, your new email address will take the place of the old one.
