I've read through the previous posts on this and do not see a resolution. When I create a zoom meeting, it creates 2 of the same meeting and then puts 2 outlook invites into my calendar. How do I get rid of the duplication?

I'm sorry for the late response. If this has not been resolved yet, I would recommend enabling bi-directional calendar sync. You can check out more by reading this article.

I have the same issue and I don't see how bi-directional sync will solve this. Someone will create an invitation in their google workspace calendar (in their browser), change the conference option from Google to Zoom, send it to an outlook.com recipient (outside the organization), and the recipient get two invites. One that looks like a normal invitation and second invitation at the exact same time that says:
This event has been updated
Changed: conferencing
I see so many posts over the past year or two about this issue, but no definitive resolution. Reauthentication doesn't work. Updating to the latest Zoom doesn't work. Different browsers doesn't make a difference. Different Zoom user accounts doesn't make a difference. It happens on multiple computers and different operating systems. It happens on computers that don't even have Zoom installed. I can recreate every time I try. I'd open a support ticket, but my plan doesn't allow me to even as an admin.
