Crashing white converting recorded video

Dear Zoom team,

My video converting from my local dish got crashing and could not finish. This have been the third in this month. I do education via Zoom and these are the records for my class. My Zoom Recording Files are still there but could not do anything. Any solutions, please help.

I have the same problem. My file gets to 34% converted and crashes. This is the second meeting I've had recently where this happens. I'm a licensed user.

Yes, this happens more and more. I just got again yesterday, forth in month. So now I have to use another recording app at once for B-plan. I googled the resolutions but not help much.

this just happened to me. can't find the recorded file anywhere. 😡
