Conflicting start times for a meeting when particpants are asked to register

Issues with conflicting starting time for meetings.

I have created a meeting to start at 7.00 pm greenwich mean time and asked participants to register in advance.  When they click on the link to register, the following link is showing that the meeting starts at 8.00 pm greenwich mean time.  I have checked all the settings - both are set to GMT.  Any one have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
