Hi all

I can't connect to my zoom accounts any more.  I have two zoom accounts and neither will let me sign in and connect. I have tried both the client and web applications and neither will connect.  These are the  messages I get.  I do not know what's going on. Can anyone help?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I am having this same problem! How many times do we start again and end up paying for more than one account if we don't want to loose past recordings? And, they won't allow us to speak to a human! I look forward to having another video conferencing resource to connect with.

Hi

I would double-check the zoom vanity URL.  "minnstate.edu.zoom.us"  isn't a recognized format for a Zoom meeting site.  I would try "https://minnstate.zoom.us" instead.
