Can't add cohost

I have a pro account but cannot add a cohost. it only gives me the option to change host. what do I do?

You might start by looking in the Personal -> Settings area for this:

There are several places where this setting can be disabled, but it's not common to do so.  Please look through this Zoom Support article for information about the setting at the User, Group, and Account levels:
