Can I Lower the 40 minute meeting inactivity timer

We have an enterprise Zoom account with licensed users. Currently, our meeting's will time out after 40 minutes if only one person is present in the call.

Is it possible to lower this limit? We have a use-case where we want a meeting to end after 5 minutes if there is only one participant.

Hi, @JMarkVP,

I’m not aware of any setting for this, and I doubt there Is a way to force this setting from the back end. As an Enterprise account, I’d recommend calling your Zoom Account Rep and asking if there is a way to do this on the back end (something that has to be done by Zoom Staff).

If not, consider creating a Feature Request to add a setting that will allow the account Admin to set a time limit for inactive and 1 person meetings:
