COULD NOT CONNECT

I am an international student at the University of Sydney. At present, I use zoom to take online classes.  I am confused that  I could not login  succeeded after loging out my account. 

I still can Login with browser succeeded. That's mean now I  have to use zoom by Logining with browser but not the app.

If I could not login succeeded in the app, I think I would not be seen as attended students. This may cause me to be absent.

I need help !!!!  I need Customer service personnel to solve this matter as soon as possible.

    If you can login to the browser, you will still be able to connect to your classes.  If you can share the error you get when trying to sign into the client, that might help diagnose the problem.  Otherwise, you can click on the 'Forgot Password' to try resetting your password in the client.
