Blurred Background

I have Windows 10, I have downloaded the Zoom Client and I still can not get my background to blur.  I do not have the green screen button selected, since I do not have one.  However, isn't blur suppose to be an option without the need of a green screen?  I can download virtual backgrounds, but a simply blur of my own background isn't available no matter what I do.

 

Please help!

    Hey @Vita, do you meet the system requirements for Virtual Background? Desktop clients must meet the requirements in the "Images only without a green screen" sections.

    Can you write these requirements that are easy for non techies to figure out?  It would take me more time than it's worth to know if my Windows 10 system meets these requirements.  So frustrating that I can't blur or add a background without this must work.
